Install Guidelines:

Care must be taken with a ZD30 Turbocharger install, to ensure that it is not overspun:

-A metal High Flow intake pipe is highly recommended, moulded silicone type can suck in on itself and damage the turbocharger.
-G260 must not go over 26psi at 4000rpm, ideally should be tuned to a comfortable %10 or more below that limit to avoid boost spikes.
-Aftermarket boost control should not be used with this turbocharger, this can force the turbocharger to hold boost too late into the RPM and will not be covered by warranty.
