We want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, returning an item is simple and easy.

Return Eligibility:
Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Procedure:
Once we receive your return, processing typically takes 1-2 weeks. A return postage fee of €9.95 will be deducted from the refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Upon receiving your return, we’ll issue a refund minus the return postage cost.

International Returns:
International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless we’ve made an error with your order.
