Instructions
CAUTION: Use hand tool and torque wrench for proper maintenance.
1. Install camshaft sprocket and new camshaft bolt, and tighten the bolt manually.
2. Install tool and tighten the camshaft bolt to specific torque value according to original service manuals.
CAUTION: Never remove camshaft bolt holding tool while servicing!
1. Install timing chain locking tool to lock the timing chain.
2. Make a mark across camshaft sprocket and timing chain.
3. Remove the camshaft sprocket for servicing.
4. Install the camshaft sprocket according to the original service manuals.
5. Remove timing chain locking tool.
