Genuine +30 Injectors suitable for 1GD-FTV N80 Hilux 2015-2020

When upgrading the performance of the 1GD-FTV engine found in the 2015-2020 Toyota Hilux N80 models, there are two obstacles which you will come up against.

The first is turbocharger, then along with that is the injectors. The turbo will to tend to cap out around 180HP, with the standard injectors capable of producing around about the 200HP mark with an upgraded turbo (still pretty low numbers).

Replacing the injectors with a set of our HDHighFlow’s is a must do upgrade for those seeking maximum performance out of their 1GD engine.

HD Auto’s delivery vehicle and work ute is a 2wd 2017 1GD-FTV 2.8TD, of which we first dyno tuned to achieve the results described above.

After that, we wanted to push it out further. We developed this injector upgrade option to allow us to have a drop in fuel system upgrade that would deliver us results and driveability.

With the standard common rail injector pump (the next limiting obstacle of the fuel system) in place, we have successfully been able to achieve a clean, reliable, and efficient 260RWHP and 680NM of torque at the wheels when paired with a high performance Flex bolt on turbo upgrade and ECU tuning.

This is with the standard intake, standard intercooler and a BRD 3″ exhaust. We will soon continue to upgrade these standard components at a later date.

• ECU trims above ±3.0 often indicate injectors are due for replacement

• Positive values = ECU adding fuel
