The RackBit Router Bit Storage System from Woodpeckers is designed to address the challenge of keeping router bits organized and accessible. As your collection of bits grows, this modular system adapts to your needs. It starts with molded bit bases that accommodate both 1/4″ and 1/2″ shank router bits. These bases feature a unique geometry with two levels and spring tension, ensuring a secure grip on the bits.

The powder-coated steel rack can be mounted on your wall, cabinet, or router table. It holds the bit bases neatly and securely, keeping your router bits in plain sight. When you’re ready for a router cut, simply remove the bit base from the rack. This prevents damage to work surfaces and router bits. The system comes in three sizes: the 9″ rack holds up to 6 router bits, the 18″ rack holds 12, and the 27″ rack holds 18. Arrange them in rows or group them by task to optimize your workflow.

Woodpeckers manufactures the racks from 18-gauge steel, laser-cutting and finishing them with a durable powder-coat. The bit bases are injection-molded from resilient ABS plastic. Whether you’re a seasoned woodworker or just starting out, this system provides a lasting solution for router bit storage.
